Internal Exchanges and Mini-Vacations:

ICS Management has an Internal Exchange Program that is offered to all owners at the properties which ICS Manages. As a new member to the ICS group, you will now have the opportunity to travel to one of the sister resorts in Texas. This can be done by trading in your reservation week at Branson Yacht Club and then paying a $100.00 Internal Exchange Fee when you check-in to the property.

The Mini-Vacation Program is similar to the Internal Exchange Program however the Mini-Vacation Program does not require an owner to exchange their entire week but instead allows an owner to visit a sister resort at a reduced nightly rate ($50.00-$85.00 per night depending on which resort). With Mini-Vacations, you can visit the other resorts for up to two (2) nights, per month, per resort.

Both, Internal Exchange and Mini-Vacation Programs are reserved on a space-available basis. Please note that the summer vacation time is very limited especially at the beach resorts; however it is Texas and the climate stays warm all the way into October and sometimes November. When you provide a check as payment, you authorize us either to use information from your check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account or to process the payment as a check transaction. When we use information from your check to make an electronic fund transfer, funds may be withdrawn from your account as soon as the same day we receive your payment, and you will not receive your check back from your financial institution.
